This year there will be 2 different types of flu vaccine.  One for the 65's and over, and a different vaccination for the under 65's in the at-risk groups or with a long-term condition. 

Long term conditions include Asthma, COPD, Heart disease, Diabetes, Brain and Nervous system conditions and Immunosuppressed patients

At risk patients include pregnant women and patients with a BMI over 40

Children between the ages of 2 and 4 will be offered a nasal flu vaccination by invitation only.

All other school age children will be offered this vaccine as part of the Schools vaccination programme.

We will be releasing flu clinic dates in September this year
